ASM Abstracts

On behalf of the Planning Committe please be advised that abstract submissions for the 2021 Online Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) of the Medical Oncology Group of Australia (MOGA) are now closed.

MOGA’s 2021 ASM will bring together Australian leaders in medical oncology and invited international members of our profession, with a focus on Future of Oncology: Improving Outcomes Through Innovation 5-6 August.  The meeting will consider the future of oncology from the perspective of new therapeutic and treatment options, workforce challenges and evolving professional requirements through to current and upcoming advances in Lung and Breast cancer, and of course much more...

Why submit to MOGA?

  • The ASM is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your research work to national and international medical oncology professionals.
  • Sharing your research will help your colleagues and industry to offer better care to patients.
  • For Trainees, there will be a Short & Sharp Oral session. As debuted in 2020, these presentations will be short (5 minutes only) and there will be a Q&A session at the end with moderated questions via the Chat Room-informative, challenging and informal.
  • Submitting an abstract supports medical oncology trainees and young oncologists in respectively completing their training requirements and undertaking ongoing professional development.
  • All abstracts undergo a blind peer-review process by the ASM Planning Committee.
  • Selected abstracts will be published in an online supplement to the Asia-Pacific Journal of Clinical Oncology.
  • The program will feature an Online Poster Display and a guided virtual Walk and Talk Poster session.
  • GSK Awards are available for Best Oral Presentations (Trainee and Young Oncologist) and Best Posters (Trainee, Young Oncologist and Consultant)
